Welcome to off grid gourmet

An environmentally sustainable supper club in a beautiful rural setting

As I write my computer is powered by solar energy and connected to the internet via my phone which, in order to get reception, is in the branches of a tree and wrapped in a plastic bag to keep dry.  This isn't a usual restaurant, this is a place that works in harmony with it's surroundings and uses them to create a unique experience. Ingredients are sourced from the garden at Walker's Cottage, local growers, suppliers, fields and hedgerows. Supper is cooked over locally produced charcoal and wood and, in a wood and solar powered oven, because nothing tastes better than food from the fields around you cooked over a fire and shared with friends.

The menu is set in advance so there are no choices but if you have any food allergies or specific requirements, such as being a vegan, do let me know when you book so we can discuss the menu
